What Happens When The US Economy CRASHES

I lost everything in the last recession and learned from it. I made sure to live below my means and save every possible dollar. I also invested correctly and diversely instead of buying material things, restaurant meals, and expensive vacations. I’ve been waiting all these years for the next recession so I can capitalize on irresponsible debt. If this video is correct, it will be a very exciting investment shopping spree for me…

A weak dollar can signal an economic slowdown, which makes me think about the best possible ways to hedge against inflation, and I’ve heard people say that inflation is a money eater, which worries me for my savings of about $250,000.

Inflation hits people a lot harder than a crashing stock or housing market as it directly affects people’s cost of living that people immediately feel the impact of. It’s not surprising negative market sentiment is so high now. We really need help to survive in this Economy. The fin-Market;s have underperformed the U.S. economy as fear of inflation hammers the prices of stock;s and bonds. My portfoliio of $250k is down to $192k any recommendation;s to scale up my return;s during this crash will be highly appreciated.

Of all of the possible disaster scenarios I’ve seen this channel discuss, this is the only one that truly terrifies me. Because this the the one I view as inevitable.

After witnessing what happened to grocery store supplies during the pandemic, although this scenario seems unlikely, it’s scary due to knowing just how quickly things can go south from 2020.

The worst and probably scariest part about this video is that this is a non exaggeration of the political climate in the United States. I like it, but it’s scary when the claim that politicians in the country can handle an economic collapse so poorly is slowly becoming more and more realistic.

From my experience, all I can say is that nothing beats expertise when it comes to investing whether the economy crashes or not.

You may not have noticed inflation in years past, But 8%+ inflation over the past year should’ve taught you that the cost of living increases every year (home prices, rent, groceries, plane tickets, home repairs, etc.) Only way to beat inflation is by investing your money

You forgot a part: The US is so much a part of the global economy, up to 50% of the global economy in some sectors, that the US economically collapsing would result in the global economy collapsing.

I love how this video touched on panic buying. Panic buying starts from the media portrayals making things seem a lot worse than what they are. The gas shortage here in the southeast, had it not been for the media coverage and everyone bough gas like they normally did, there would never have been a shortage.
